We are able to manufacture profile punched plates very cheaply. We do this with two options, depending on order quantities. Firstly, we can use a turret punch with automated sheet handling. This is quick with minimal labour, and typically has no tooling capital costs. Secondly, for true high volume production, we will have specific power press tooling made to punch plates with a single stroke. We then use automatic coil feeders for further production benefits. We punch up to 3 mm in steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
