Our core capability includes CNC laser cutting, turret punching, sheet metal forming, welding, and powder coating, supported by advanced CAD/CAM systems and integrated production management processes.
A key area of specialisation is perforated sheet metal. We manufacture and stock a wide range of standard perforated metal patterns used across architectural, engineering, processing, and agricultural applications. While perforated steel is most common, we also manufacture large volumes of perforated aluminium at our Christchurch facility.
Building on this capability, we design and manufacture architectural sheet metal systems for screening, cladding, and façade applications.
